Objectives drive our process. What our client sets out to accomplish determines how we work. The process is usually created from the back to the front, meaning, we try to understand how final recommendations will be implemented, which will then govern reporting, analysis, methodologies, timelines and budgets.

The process begins with the establishment of objectives and operating parameters. From that, reporting requirements are projected. Then, analytical methods are evaluated, and data collection methodologies are decided upon.
